The organizers publish a report with pictures of the event in the Dutch go newsletters, and maybe in other places, such as Facebook. If you do not want to appear in those, please choose 'No'

Which periods will you be present?
After the prize-giving and clean-up on december 31st, the afterparty starts, with a special dinner and a new years celebration. This costs €40 extra
Which meals will you be using
Dinner on the 31st is only for those joining the afterpart (€40). See program & costs pages
